Welcome to xCloud operated by Inner Mongolia company on cloud
This legal agreement between you and Xiaoshu Technology (Inner Mongolia) Technology Co., Ltd. ("XIMT") governs your use of xCloud products, software, services, and websites (collectively referred to as "Services"). Xiaoshu Technology Services (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd., or its successors or assignees, may provide service support to XIMT at any time. In addition to Xiaoshu Technology Services (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. and any successors or assignees, other Xiaoshu entities, including Xiaoshu Distribution International Co., Ltd. and Xiaoshu Company, may also provide assistance in providing services or certain rights and licenses under this agreement. And any other small tree entities are collectively referred to as "small trees" in this article. In this case (I) Xiaoshu shall have a legal status equivalent to that of an additional party to this Agreement, but shall comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement; And (II) within the scope of support provided by Xiaoshu Company, references to XIMT shall be deemed as references to XIMT and Xiaoshu Company, including disclaimers and limitations of liability. It is important to read and understand the following terms. By clicking "Agree", you agree. If you choose to access or use the service, these terms will apply.
Oncloud Inner Mongolia Company is a service provider in Chinese Mainland, which allows you to use certain Internet services, including storing your personal content (such as contacts, calendars, photos, notes, reminders, documents, application data and xCloud e-mail) and making it accessible on compatible devices and computers, as well as some location-based services, only under the terms and conditions specified in this agreement. When you run your device on LOS 1.0 or higher and log in with Xiaoshu ID during the device setup process, xCloud will be automatically enabled unless you are upgrading your device and have previously chosen not to enable xCloud. You can disable xCloud in "Settings". After enabling xCloud, your content will be automatically stored by the Inner Mongolia company on the cloud on the servers of Inner Mongolia Province or third-party providers, so you can access the content in the future or wirelessly push it to other xCloud enabled devices or computers.
I. Service usage requirements
A. Age. This service is only applicable to individuals aged 14 years or older (or equivalent minimum age in relevant jurisdictions), unless you are under 14 years old and your Xiaoshu ID is provided to you in accordance with the requirements of an approved educational institution, or established by your parents or guardians as part of a shared family function. We will not intentionally collect, use, or disclose personal information of children under the age of 14 or equivalent minimum age children in relevant jurisdictions without verifiable parental consent. Parents and guardians should also remind any minor that it may be dangerous to talk with strangers on the Internet, and take appropriate precautions to protect children, including monitoring their use of the service.
To use the service, you cannot become a person prohibited by the laws of the People's Republic of China from receiving the service. By accepting this agreement, you understand and agree to the above content.
B. Devices and accounts. The use of services may require compatible equipment, Internet access and some software, including software provided by a third party, such as Xiaoshu Co., Ltd. (may charge fees); Regular updates may be required; And may be affected by the performance of these factors. The number of xCloud accounts ("accounts") that can be created from devices and the number of devices associated with the account may be limited. Some transactions or functions may require the latest version of the required software. It is your responsibility to agree to meet these requirements.
C. Usage restrictions. You agree to use the service only for the purposes permitted by this agreement and only within the scope permitted by Chinese law. Your account has been allocated 5GB of storage capacity, as described on the xCloud feature page of Xiaoshu. Additional storage space can be purchased as described below. Prohibit any applicable or reasonable restrictions that exceed bandwidth or storage capacity (such as backup or email account space), and may prevent you from backing up to xCloud, adding documents, or receiving new emails sent to your xCloud email address. If you intentionally or unintentionally use services or engage in other behaviors that threaten our ability to provide services or other systems, we have the right to take all reasonable measures to protect the services and our systems, including suspending your access to the services. Repeated violations of restrictions may result in the termination of your account.
D Privacy. Your use of the service is subject to the privacy policy of the Cloud Inner Mongolia Company, which can be found in the https://www.xCloud.com.cn/XIMT-privacy-policy/.
electronic contracting
Your use of services includes the ability to sign agreements and/or conduct transactions electronically. You acknowledge that your electronic submission constitutes your agreement and intend to be bound by and pay fees for such agreements and transactions. Your agreement and intention to accept electronic submission constraints apply to all records related to all transactions you conduct on this service, including cancellation notices, policies, contracts, and applications. In order to access and retain your electronic records, you may need to have certain hardware and software, which is your sole responsibility.
